Convalt acquired SunPower Corporation’s solar module factory in April 2021 and with the help of its construction arm, Lincoln Infrastructure has dismantled the entire factory and has moved all the equipment to Watertown, New York. This factory would be America’s second largest Silicon-PV factory producing Tier 1 panels for residential, commercial & industrial and utility scale solar projects, expected to start production in Q1 of 2025.
