ABOUT maine transmission project

Convalt is developing this transmission corridor that would start in Northern Maine and traverse Maine and eventually into Boston and New York City. This transmission line would carry up to 4,800 MW of electricity produced by solar, wind and waste to power plants. This project would interconnect with the regional ISO (New England ISO) and help deliver clean power for businesses and residents across Northeastern United States beginning with Maine.
