Develop employee housing concepts using 3D-printed construction methods intended to improve housing availability and reduce costs for new residential development.

Generate more than 1,000 construction jobs during development, supporting skilled trades, contractors, engineering services, logistics, and other project-related employment.
07Generate tax revenue
Generate new local tax revenues associated with construction, operations, payroll, property, and broader economic activity benefiting Gallup and McKinley County.

Support development of a health clinic, with plans to extend preventive-care access to employees, Gallup residents and neighboring tribal communities.

Provide eligible employees opportunities to participate in company ownership as part of a broader compensation, retention, and long-term wealth-building strategy.

Fiber-optic infrastructure to strengthen high-speed campus connectivity while supporting broadband capacity, economic development and digital access across Gallup.

Create higher-wage employment and local economic activity that could improve household incomes and contribute to reducing poverty over time regionally.

Prioritize opportunities for qualified local contractors, suppliers, service providers, and workers, helping more project-related spending remain within the regional economy.

Support a separate sister-entity desalinated-water initiative, with a stated target of up to 100 million gallons daily for New Mexico.
